We ask that you contact us by email before returning the merchandise; please include order details to ensure that your account is properly refunded or your exchange request is issued. to return an item it must be damaged and unused. The shipping costs for any returns and exchanges will not be reimbursed, we will just send you a new product. We will provide a return shipping label if there is a shipping error or product damage.
After you have received the return authorization label, please repack the return item(s) in the original packaging and send back to Arielssolutions. Once the returned merchandise is received at our facility, we will process the reimbursement. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
